Terms & Conditions

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your booking and stay at Anemi Hotel ("the Hotel"). By making a reservation, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before booking.

2. Reservations

2.1 Booking Confirmation: A reservation is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from the Hotel via email. This confirmation will include booking details, total cost, and payment terms.

2.2 Minimum Age: Guests must be 18 years or older to make a reservation. Valid government-issued ID required at check-in.

2.3 Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for ensuring all booking information (names, dates, contact details) is accurate. The Hotel is not liable for issues arising from incorrect information provided by the guest.

3. Payment

3.1 Deposit: A deposit of 30% of the total booking value is required at the time of reservation. For bookings made within 14 days of arrival, full payment is required immediately.

3.2 Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due 14 days before your arrival date. Failure to pay by this deadline may result in cancellation of your reservation.

3.3 Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfers, and PayPal. All prices are quoted in Euros (€).

3.4 Additional Charges: Services not included in your room rate (spa treatments, minibar, à la carte dining) will be charged to your room and payable at checkout.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Standard Cancellation:

  • Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival: Full refund minus 10% administration fee
  • Cancellation 15-30 days before arrival: 50% refund
  • Cancellation less than 15 days before arrival: No refund

4.2 Peak Season: Different cancellation terms may apply during peak season (July-August, Easter, Christmas). These will be clearly stated at time of booking.

4.3 No-Shows: Failure to arrive on your scheduled date results in forfeiture of the entire booking amount.

4.4 Early Departure: No refund for unused nights if you depart before your scheduled checkout date.

5. Check-In & Check-Out

5.1 Times: Check-in is from 3:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late checkout subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5.2 Identification: Valid government-issued photo ID and credit card required at check-in, even if booking was prepaid.

5.3 Luggage Storage: Complimentary luggage storage available before check-in and after checkout.

6. Guest Conduct

6.1 Behavior: Guests must conduct themselves respectfully toward other guests and staff. The Hotel reserves the right to ask guests to leave without refund if behavior is deemed disruptive, illegal, or dangerous.

6.2 Smoking: Anemi Hotel is entirely non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. Violation results in a €250 cleaning fee.

6.3 Noise: Quiet hours are 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Excessive noise during these hours may result in removal from the property.

6.4 Maximum Occupancy: Rooms must not exceed stated maximum occupancy. Additional guests require approval and may incur extra charges.

7. Damage & Liability

7.1 Guest Responsibility: Guests are liable for any damage to Hotel property caused during their stay. Repair/replacement costs will be charged to the credit card on file.

7.2 Lost Keys: Replacement of lost room keys: €50 per key.

7.3 Valuables: The Hotel provides in-room safes. We are not liable for loss of money, jewelry, or valuables not stored in the safe.

7.4 Force Majeure: The Hotel is not liable for inability to provide services due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, government action, etc.).

8. Children & Families

8.1 Children Welcome: Children of all ages are welcome. Baby cots provided free upon request (subject to availability).

8.2 Age Policies: Children under 12 stay free when using existing beds. Children 12+ charged as adults for extra beds.

8.3 Supervision: Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times, especially around the pool.

9. Pets

Pets are permitted with advance approval only. A non-refundable cleaning fee of €50 per pet per stay applies. Pets must be supervised, well-behaved, and not left alone in rooms. Maximum 2 pets per room.

11. Modifications

11.1 By Guests: Requests to modify reservations (dates, room type) subject to availability. Changes made less than 30 days before arrival may incur fees.

11.2 By Hotel: The Hotel reserves the right to relocate guests to comparable accommodation if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, alternative accommodation will be of equal or higher standard at no extra cost.

12. Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Cypriot courts. We encourage guests to contact management directly to resolve any concerns before pursuing legal action.
