The patio embodies that essential Mediterranean philosophy: life happens outdoors. We designed it as an extension of the hotel's living spaces—comfortable seating, ambient lighting, plants that bloom year-round, and enough room to spread out without feeling isolated.
By day, it's a shaded retreat from the afternoon sun. Tables under pergolas draped with bougainvillea. Ceiling fans creating gentle circulation. The sound of pool water lapping, children's laughter, ice clinking in lemonade glasses.
As dusk approaches, the transformation begins. String lights flicker to life. Candles appear on tables. The pool glows turquoise. Suddenly it's not just dining—it's an experience. The kind of evening that makes you understand why people write poetry about the Mediterranean.
The Menu
All-Day Dining
From poolside snacks to proper meals. Greek salads bursting with tomatoes and feta. Club sandwiches piled high. Fresh fish grilled to order. Pasta dishes for the kids. Everything prepared fresh and served without pretense.

Our charcoal grill runs all day, turning out souvlaki, lamb chops, fresh calamari, and whatever the fishing boats brought in that morning. Simple preparation—good ingredients don't need complicated cooking.
