The Nema Philosophy
Nema means “thread” in Greek. Every dish connects two worlds—the Italian trattorias our chef trained in and the Cypriot villages where our ingredients are grown.
Our pasta? Hand-rolled daily by Maria, who learned from her Sicilian grandmother. Our olive oil comes from a single estate in the Troodos mountains. The halloumi on your pizza was made this morning.
