Forget stuffy restaurants and dress codes. At the Pool Bar, vacation happens in flip-flops. Order from your sunbed. Wade to the swim-up bar. Find a shaded table when you're hungry enough for something more substantial than olives.
Our grill runs all day, sending up plumes of aromatic smoke—fresh fish, lamb souvlaki, halloumi that sizzles and squeaks. Our bartenders shake cocktails that taste like liquid sunshine.
