Mornings taste like Cyprus here. Village bread still warm from the oven. Tomatoes that actually taste like tomatoes. Fresh-pressed orange juice and Greek yogurt with local thyme honey. No buffet steam trays — everything is real.

The Way Breakfast Should Be
Elia means “olive tree” in Greek—the symbol of Mediterranean life for five thousand years. We named our breakfast restaurant after it because that's what we serve: the real food of Cyprus.
No buffet steam trays. No industrial orange juice from concentrate. Instead, we set out a spread that'd make a Cypriot grandmother proud. Bread from the village bakery. Eggs from free-range chickens. Honey from bees that pollinate wild thyme in the mountains.
“Good mornings start with good bread, good coffee, and the people you love”

The Heart of Morning
The Morning Table
First Light
The kitchen wakes. Village bread pulled from the oven. Coffee beans ground. Honey jars unsealed. The table begins to fill.
The Gathering
Families arrive in sun hats and bare feet. Children reach for pastries. Adults cradle coffee cups and watch the sea turn from grey to blue.
The Linger
Second coffees. Unhurried conversation. Someone orders more halloumi. No one is checking the time. This is the point.
